About Us: Who we are.
We are Nottingham's local domestic appliance repair experts. Our engineers have successfully repaired appliances for thousands of local households. Our company was founded in 2013 by two ex Hotpoint service engineers with a passion to provide the excellent customer service that we'd expect ourselves. Whilst we are a relatively young company, all our staff have been in the industry a long time.
Our engineers are fully trained by major appliance manufacturers such as Bosch, Hotpoint, Indesit, Creda etc. We bring the in-depth specialist product knowledge without the specialist price tag of the national companies, many of which also like to sell extortionate monthly direct debit insurance policies instead of "one off" fully guaranteed repairs.
With over 30 years experience in the domestic appliance repair business we've repaired just about every make of appliance out there. Where possible we repair machines down to individual component level, reducing the cost to both our customers and the enviroment.
Our engineers carry the most popular spares on their vans allowing us to complete most repairs on the very first visit. Should your appliance require a non-stocked item we have same day / next day access to spare parts for most major brands. Whether it's your washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, fridge, freezer or dishwasher we have a local specialist ready to repair it for you fast!

We're so confident in our repairs that we back them all up with a six month guarantee. To the best of our knowledge no other local appliance repair company offers this kind of guarantee, most only offering a 90 day guarantee at best.

Brilliant service
My Bosch dishwasher had a problem, called NG who came round and tried fixing it, the first attempt didn’t work but they were determined to get to the bottom of my problem. It was something they hadn’t seen before but came back and and this time they fixed it. Lovely people, would definitely recommend. Thought I might need to buy a new one as this was 9 years old, but it’s as good as new now. Brilliant service highly recommended..

I contacted NG Appliances for repair to a washing machine in my rental property. First contact was with John Fletcher who was polite and very helpful. Following obtaining brief details he called me back and then my tenants to arrange access to investigate the issue and repair the following day. As promised John contacted me after the repair and explained what the issue was and advised he had completed the repair. I was delighted that John was able to resolve the issue quickly for my tenants at a reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in contacting NG John again for any appliance repairs. Brilliant service
Our fridge door fell off on Friday night. I sent an e mail Saturday morning and received a visit early Monday morning. As the spare part was difficult to source and very expensive our lovely repair man made it perfectly himself. By Tuesday morning at 10 o clock our fridge was in perfect working order again. We were very grateful especially as this was the hottest week of the year. Absolutely wonderful service and all for total cost of £65. Cannot praise them highly enough.

I have used NG Appliances a couple of times and I can't recommend them enough. The problem was diagnosed pretty quickly, given a very reasonable quote and timescale and within a week it was repaired. Andy is professional, punctual, keeps you informed and goes above and beyond for his customers. A great guy and a great service.

John helped us out in our hour of need. Our ancient washing machine had stopped spinning. He came out to us the same morning, and repaired the machine within 15 mins. I am so grateful to him.
I should also say he repaired our fridge / freezer 3 years ago. This is also still going strong.

Can't speak highly enough about the service received. Turned up on time, friendly attitude and clear explanation of problem. Issue was resolved in 15 minutes and extremely reasonable cost.

Samsung fridge repair
Our Samsung fridge which is eight years old was starting to freeze up at the back in the lower half of the fridge. We contacted this Company, they turned up on time, the engineer got straight to work, said it would be one of three issues, he identified the problem and promptly repaired it. Very pleased with the excellent service and the very reasonable cost. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

We rent out an flat in Nottingham and rely on local companies to take on 'problems' for us as we live in the South of the UK. NG Appliances took charge of repairing a faulty oven door. They identified the problem and resolved it with the minimum fuss to us. It saved us having to buy an expensive replacement oven as well. An excellent company to deal with.
